This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Conduct engaging virtual sessions grounded in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity, and the science of behavior change.
• Develop genuine relationships with clients that facilitate lasting transformations.
• Provide coaching across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress, integrating these into your client's mindset.
• Convert clinical knowledge into practical breakthroughs for clients' energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.
• Oversee your flexible schedule and session objectives in a dynamic, supportive remote setting.
• Ensure timely and precise documentation in accordance with HIPAA-compliant standards.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team that is invested in your success and continuous growth.
• Deliver professional dietetics care exclusively to Dietitian Live clients as part of your responsibilities with the company.
• Actively cultivate and sustain a full client schedule by engaging both company-provided clients and outreach leads offered by the organization.
• Take ownership of and actively manage key performance indicators to enhance client outcomes and program effectiveness, including: achieving a show rate target of 80% or higher, ensuring 90% of sessions last 53 minutes or more, maintaining consistent weekly client attendance in line with your flexible scheduling goals, and retaining no more than three client drop-offs per month.
• A Registered Dietitian with current credentials (multi-state licensing is a plus) (if you are sitting for your CDR Exam, the offer will be honored until you obtain your credentials).
• Experienced or internship-trained, with a strong passion for client-centered, transformative care.
• Proficient in (or eager to learn) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach, and lifestyle coaching.
