Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough Medical Nutrition Therapy to a variety of patient populations.

• Create personalized care plans and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance patient involvement.

• Ensure prompt documentation of patient interactions and necessary follow-up activities in Healthie (EMR).

• Oversee a full schedule of patients.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to maintain consistent support for patients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and promote career growth.

• Provide evidence-based nutritional care for weight management, diabetes support, gastrointestinal health, as well as heart and kidney disease management.

• Conduct weekly individual sessions with patients.

• Effectively manage patient care, documentation, and personal professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required credential: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN).

• Must hold a license in WA.

• Preferred experience in Outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).

• Demonstrated advanced clinical judgment and independence in handling diverse patient cases.

• Excellent communication and counseling abilities.

• Familiarity with Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace.

• Comfortable working in a Mac-based setting.

• Strong general computing skills.

• Ability to adapt and maintain professionalism while balancing patient care, administrative duties, and ongoing professional development.
