Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to a wide range of patient demographics.

• Create personalized care plans and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance patient involvement.

• Oversee a full patient schedule effectively.

• Ensure prompt documentation of patient care and follow-up duties in Healthie (EMR).

• Collaborate with teammates and care team members to guarantee seamless patient support.

• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance skills and facilitate career growth.

• Cultivate meaningful connections with patients and steer them towards measurable, enduring progress.

• Manage a combination of patient care, documentation, administrative responsibilities, and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential is mandatory.

• Must be licensed in WA.

• Outpatient MNT experience is preferred; however, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Possess advanced clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in managing diverse patient cases.

• Excellent communication and counseling abilities are essential.

• Familiarity with Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace is required.

• Comfortable operating in a Mac-based environment.

• Demonstrated general computer proficiency.

• Ability to adapt and maintain professionalism while balancing patient care, administrative duties, and professional growth.
