Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to a variety of patient demographics

• Create personalized care plans and utilize motivational interviewing to enhance patient engagement

• Oversee a full patient schedule

• Facilitate weekly individual sessions with patients

• Ensure timely documentation of patient care and follow-up activities in Healthie (EMR)

• Collaborate with colleagues and care team members to maintain continuity of patient support

• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance skills and facilitate career growth

• Balance patient care, documentation, and personal professional advancement

• Enhance clinical, counseling, and leadership capabilities through structured career pathways

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential is mandatory

• Must be licensed in WA

• Outpatient MNT experience is preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Possess advanced clinical judgment and the ability to independently manage diverse patient cases

• Exhibit strong communication and counseling abilities

• Familiarity with Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace is essential

• Must be comfortable in a Mac-based environment

• Strong general computer literacy is required

• Ability to adapt and maintain professionalism while juggling patient care, administrative responsibilities, and professional growth
