Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Provide services to the long-term care community in Nashua, NH

• Conduct comprehensive clinical nutrition assessments

• Record information using the Nutrition Care Process within the EMR system

• Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care plan team

• Complete MDS - Section K

• Calculate tube feeding requirements

• Offer recommendations for wound care and significant weight fluctuations

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess NH LDN certification

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Valid dietetic licensure

• Positive demeanor

• Client-focused approach

• Strong communication abilities
