This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with a physician-led healthcare team.

• Conducting Nutrition Assessments utilizing the LifestyleRx tools and systems.

• Engaging with clients through telephone or video calls from the comfort of home.

• Establishing nutrition objectives with individuals and offering continuous support and accountability alongside a healthcare team.

• Arranging nutrition and coaching appointments.

• Recording appointments in our electronic medical records system.

• Overseeing digital tracking associated with individual health programs.

• Providing general assistance while operating in a clinic environment.

• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
