
Regional Vice President – Work Comp Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Leading a team of service professionals responsible for servicing the portfolio.
• Overseeing the implementation of program and service strategies.
• Monitoring accounts for emerging trends and taking necessary actions as required.
• Conveying pertinent information regarding individual accounts to the marketing and underwriting teams.
• Establishing strong relationships with the senior management of insureds and serving as their main contact.
• Executing additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in account management, production, and/or managing a loss control department within a commercial insurance company, ideally in workers’ compensation.
• Additional experience in underwriting, loss control, or claims is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with loss runs.
• Must be a resident of Virginia.
