This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a team of 5 Regional Directors throughout the United States.
• Cultivate a culture centered on collaboration, transparency, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
• Travel as necessary to support deal creation and closure, and to address any managerial needs by assisting your team.
• Collaborate with all Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• You will be accountable for driving team success and achieving outstanding results.
• You will also take charge of hiring, retaining, and developing exceptional talent across the team, from leaders to account executives.
• A minimum of 3 years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership experience.
• Proven history of leading teams to surpass quotas and objectives within a dynamic and technical client acquisition-focused business.
• Ideally, you have guided product-led sales teams and have experience with complex, technical products.
• Capability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, remote work environment.
• A growth mindset that emphasizes leading by example and proactively identifying solutions to challenges, supported by data.
