• NetBrain is seeking to appoint a Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region, with the position located in the United Kingdom.
• The EMEA VP will be fully responsible for revenue growth throughout the region, which includes budget oversight, pipeline development, and sales execution, with a strong focus on acquiring new business.
• This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and entails the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and cultivate a high-performing direct sales team across the EMEA region, fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear performance objectives, provide consistent feedback, and conduct structured pipeline and deal reviews to enhance representative productivity and achievement.
• Promote talent development through active mentoring, career progression planning, and recognition programs aimed at retaining top talent.
• Build, recruit, train, and manage a strong channel partner ecosystem across EMEA, ensuring partner capacity aligns with territorial coverage and growth objectives.
• Drive disciplined channel-led sales execution, from partner enablement and collaborative pipeline generation to deal registration, co-selling, and closed revenue.
• Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with key regional partners and distributors.
• Own and implement the EMEA go-to-market strategy: define territory plans, set quota allocations, prioritize verticals and accounts, and continuously refine based on market insights.
• Establish NetBrain’s market presence and leadership throughout EMEA via executive customer relationships, regional events, and strategic account engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to synchronize regional campaigns, gather product feedback, and manage renewal processes.
• Own the health of the EMEA pipeline: maintain rigorous forecast accuracy through ongoing assessment of deal progression, coverage ratios, and risk-adjusted commitment calls to the CRO.
• Deliver regular business reviews encompassing pipeline metrics, win/loss analysis, competitive trends, and investment recommendations.
• Manage the EMEA sales budget, including planning for headcount, travel and event expenditures, and partner incentive programs.
• A demonstrated leader with a consistent history of building and scaling Enterprise sales teams to achieve and surpass revenue goals in the EMEA market.
• Must reside in the United Kingdom.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise sales, including more than 5 years in a leadership or management role — preferably as a VP, RVP, or similar position leading a regional or multi-country team.
• Extensive experience in selling complex enterprise subscription software or SaaS solutions, with proven expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder procurement processes and six- to seven-figure deal sizes.
• Significant experience in channel and partner management within EMEA, including recruiting and activating resellers, MSSPs, or systems integrators.
• Preferred experience in the computer networking, network management, or enterprise IT infrastructure domains.
• An accurate and disciplined forecaster — someone who maintains a clear, data-driven perspective on the business and can confidently predict their quarter.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%+ across EMEA and accommodate flexible working hours for international calls and collaboration with the U.S.-based leadership team.
• A genuine enthusiasm for recruiting, coaching, and developing individuals — regarding team building as equally important as achieving sales targets.
