This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Reaching out to both new and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Highlighting product features to demonstrate how they solve customer challenges.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding our products.
• Negotiating pricing and terms, and preparing sales agreements.
• Collaborating with team members across various departments.
• Maintaining contact lists and fostering customer relationships through follow-ups.
• Experience in the multifamily housing sector is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology or software sales (including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software).
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A genuine enthusiasm for sales is essential.
• Outstanding presentation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• An understanding of how to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrated qualities of ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
• Strong social intelligence and the ability to establish lasting, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A record of proven sales results and success.
