This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Serves as the general manager for a designated team of Executive Planning Consultants (EPCs) and Benefits Planning Consultants (BPCs).
• Responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, managing, and leading the assigned team to enhance satisfaction levels, boost planning and solutions, and foster market share expansion.
• Collaborates closely with the team to address a wide range of plan sponsor and executive requirements.
• Ensures the team develops and maintains exceptional interaction abilities and industry/planning expertise.
• Guarantees adherence to investment industry policies, procedures, and processes concerning regulatory, compliance, and audit obligations.
• Reports to and collaborates with the Regional Head within the Fidelity Workplace Wealth Planning Group.
• Series 7 (General Securities), Series 9/10 (General Supervisory Principal), and Series 66 (Investment Advisor) licenses are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent designations are recommended.
• Extensive knowledge in institutional sales & relationship management, wealth planning, and benefits guidance is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of pertinent experience in financial services is required, along with a proven record in sales management.
• Relevant high-net-worth client experience in addressing complex wealth management challenges.
