This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire new business accounts within the designated territory.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from generating leads to negotiating and finalizing contracts.
• Utilize networking, marketing initiatives, and prospect events to create and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
• Execute all sales administrative tasks, including lead follow-up, CRM documentation, adherence to sales processes, and forecasting.
• Achieve assigned quotas on an annual basis.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, ideally within the revenue cycle management sector.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry and revenue cycle management.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Innovative thinker and problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in “hunting” for new leads is essential.
• Experience in fast-paced BPO solutions sales is a significant advantage.
• Background in revenue cycle management is a notable bonus.
