This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Lead, train, manage, and direct a team to enhance the test utilization of TGI’s organ rejection portfolio through the adoption of new accounts and growth within existing ones.
• Oversee the Sales Pipeline and implement effective Sales Management Processes, ensuring strict adherence to CRM usage.
• Guarantee consistent, timely, and successful execution of TGI’s sales reporting metrics, strategies, and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the President and Finance lead to manage top line forecasts and establish compensation packages for the Sales team.
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities.
• Assess trends and competitive strategies, providing feedback to the leadership team.
• Efficiently manage team sales activities to advance potential clients through the Sales Continuum from lead development to client status.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders within accounts and cultivate a network of advocates.
• Promote collaborative sales efforts with Eurofins Transplant sister companies to deliver optimal service to customers and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver formal sales presentations effectively to new and existing customers, patients, and other potential advocates.
• Rigorously manage team expenses, ensuring they remain at or below budget.
• Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of direct reports.
• Showcase the ability to compare and contrast diagnostic technologies in the transplant marketplace.
• Exhibit capability in discussing organ rejection and biomarker monitoring.
• Understand the fundamental requirements related to Electronic Medical Record interfaces and collaborate with Transplant Diagnostics professionals to implement solutions for new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate strong leadership through supervision, coaching, and mentoring others.
• Effectively manage conflicts and significant issues.
• Leverage a strong network of contacts both within and outside the Company.
• Represent the department and organization positively, adhering to established Company standards and associate attributes at all times.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Molecular Diagnostics (Transplant experience highly preferred), with at least 4 years in a Senior Management role recommended.
• Proven success operating in direct-bill, buy & bill, or capital sales/value analysis pricing and billing models.
• Previous experience managing a sales team, preferably in a matrix organization.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory services or diagnostics business desired, with a preference for transplantation or hepatology.
• Comprehensive understanding of current U.S. healthcare trends applicable to national and local sales strategies.
• Demonstrated history of driving sales growth.
• Proficient in strategic planning, budgeting, commissions and incentive reporting, as well as sales research and analysis.
• Proven analytical skills, with strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of P/L financials.
• Experience in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to lead and coach peers and direct reports effectively.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required by the job.
• Capable of making independent decisions on significant matters.
• Goal-oriented with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
