This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers actively seeking our services.
• Transform qualified inquiries into scheduled jobs through effective sales techniques.
• Assist customers throughout the booking process with professionalism and assurance.
• Address objections related to pricing, timing, and service specifics.
• Provide clear explanations of services, availability, and subsequent steps.
• Keep accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to company standards, sales protocols, and quality expectations.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in phone sales, inbound sales, or other high-conversion settings.
• Exceptional closing abilities and confidence in managing live customer objections.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
• Capable of quickly establishing trust and leading conversations effectively.
• Comfortable in a performance-oriented environment.
• Keen attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
• Base salary along with performance-based commission.
