This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establishing trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, board members, and executive stakeholders across key clients and prospects.
• Serving as an executive sponsor for some of Bullhorn's largest and most critical customer partnerships.
• Promoting retention, expansion, and new revenue growth within a significant enterprise portfolio.
• Facilitating Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), steering committees, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Enhancing Bullhorn's market presence through executive networking, industry events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Aiding the ongoing transformation of the UKI Enterprise business, contributing to its structure, strategy, and future direction.
• Managing complex customer scenarios, reducing risks, and fostering alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team focused on strategic account growth and enterprise sales initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales leaders to achieve customer outcomes.
• You are adept at quickly establishing credibility with senior executives and forming trusted relationships at the C-suite level.
• You possess a demonstrated history of achieving customer retention, revenue expansion, and new business growth.
• You have successfully guided teams through business transformation, organizational change, or significant growth phases.
• You have experience in developing and executing change strategies that enhance business performance and team effectiveness.
• You are a highly visible leader capable of creating alignment, building trust, and instilling confidence during periods of change.
• You blend strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, enjoying the process of building, improving, and scaling teams and functions.
• You have experience leading enterprise sales, strategic account management, customer growth, or revenue teams within a SaaS environment.
• You have experience working in scale-up, high-growth, or transformational business settings.
• You possess a strong understanding of AI and its implications for software businesses and customer expectations.
