This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Transform Havenpark's strategic vision into concrete action plans, driving performance to achieve and surpass ambitious objectives.
• Command the data—analyze performance metrics, pinpoint key trends, and craft targeted strategies for ongoing improvement and growth.
• Advocate for the Havenpark operating model, seamlessly incorporating newly acquired communities through the effective execution of 100-day plans.
• Take ownership of your portfolio's financial health, ensuring positive NOI through meticulous oversight of community P&Ls, annual budgets, and capital projects.
• Spearhead sales and leasing efforts, comprehending pipeline metrics and implementing initiatives to generate consistent, favorable outcomes.
• Guarantee that every community exemplifies our dedication to excellence by supervising curb appeal, vendor management, and rehabilitation projects to the highest standards.
• Motivate, coach, and nurture your direct reports—On-Site Community Managers and Sales & Leasing personnel—to achieve their utmost potential.
• Cultivate a culture of transparent communication, high expectations, and steadfast support through regular 1:1s, staff meetings, and strategic direction.
• Act as the crucial link between our Home Office and community teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring a seamless flow of information and feedback.
• Assemble a high-performing team by effectively assessing talent and making strategic staffing choices that enhance our operations.
• Champion a customer-centric culture, fostering an environment where both residents and employees feel appreciated and heard.
• Actively address resident needs, ensuring that concerns are resolved promptly and with empathy.
• Encourage and support employee engagement initiatives that develop a robust, unified team committed to our mission.
• Lead by example, embodying and reinforcing Havenpark’s core values in every decision and interaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with all work processes, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Leadership Expertise: At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity, with a minimum of 2 years as a Regional or District Manager.
• Industry Insight: Proven experience in property management is crucial; experience in manufactured housing communities or multifamily assets is highly regarded.
• Financial Acumen: A solid record of driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and handling P&L statements and budgets.
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: A proven track record of delivering exceptional results, both personally and through the teams you lead.
