This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Continuously assess contractor performance and provide regular coaching to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, enhancing overall program adherence.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal partners to ensure adequate staffing in the region, addressing any coverage requirements.
• Conduct regular check-ins with contractors to evaluate active claims, tackle challenges, and maintain progress on tasks.
• Ensure assignments are executed efficiently and consistently, delivering a superior customer experience.
• Organize and facilitate in-person regional meetings with contractors and key stakeholders to evaluate regional health and performance metrics.
• Travel within your region (approximately 40–50%) to engage with homeowners and contractors, ensuring adherence to compliance and service excellence standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for issues arising between property owners, clients, and contractors, assisting in conflict resolution and task progression.
• Participate in regional industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and support contractor recruitment initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in contractor or vendor management, construction, reconstruction, property claims, or insurance.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Willingness to travel 40%-50% within your assigned region, with some trips potentially requiring overnight stays.
• Prior experience in roofing, windows, siding, and/or water mitigation (adjusting or contracting experience is advantageous).
• Strong understanding of residential or commercial construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with claims and estimating systems is a plus.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and responsiveness.
• High ethical standards and a strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
• Proficient in using technology such as Microsoft tools, laptops, tablets, and applications.
• A reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection is required, with a minimum of 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds, and the ability to connect via ethernet cord if working remotely.
