This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Drive sales growth within your designated territory efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
• Achieve sales objectives for each shelter in the territory, focusing on New Business and Wellness Sales.
• Oversee approximately 12 Shelter Sales Agents within the assigned territory.
• Recruit, develop, train, and support Shelter Sales agents who will be active in selling within the shelters.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams in the shelters located in your region.
• Handle all administrative tasks and responsibilities associated with territory management.
• Continuously evaluate partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings.
• Effectively communicate the competitive advantages of Fetch, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and promptly elevate these to the management team.
• Manage an expense budget and submit comprehensive reports on a monthly basis.
• Uphold Fetch’s commitment to consistently surpass customer expectations.
• Proven track record in managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers, with accountability for coaching, performance, and results in performance-driven environments.
• Must possess (or obtain within 30 days of hire) a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the employee’s state of residence.
• Must have access to a dependable vehicle and will receive a monthly travel expense allowance.
• Must be willing to travel within your territory, to corporate headquarters, and (as necessary) events and/or conferences.
