📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a personal portfolio of business with interior designers, architects, and design firms throughout the SF Bay Area.

• Cultivate enduring, high-value client relationships with an emphasis on generating repeat revenue and increasing average order value (AOV).

• Act as the main point of contact for regional trade accounts — ensuring responsiveness, knowledgeability, and a proactive approach.

• Organize exclusive client tours and tailored events at the 2Modern Residence located in San Francisco.

• Utilize the showroom as a strategic tool for relationship-building and a showcase for brand expression within the regional design community.

• Collaborate with brand leadership to ensure that the showroom aligns with 2Modern's curation standards and seasonal focuses.

• Oversee intricate, multi-line projects from the specification phase through to fulfillment.

• Uphold margin discipline while providing competitive, customized pricing for high-value clients.

• Work alongside operations and customer service to guarantee a seamless, concierge-level client experience.

• Profound knowledge of premium home furnishing brands and a genuine enthusiasm for design.

• Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multi-vendor orders.

• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
