This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Develop the industrial distribution network within the South Central region.
• Assist distributors in their sales initiatives.
• Explore additional distribution avenues.
• Oversee and enhance the Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network.
• Boost sales and broaden the product range at qualified OEM-oriented distributor locations.
• Position yourself as a technical resource for training distributors and end-users.
• Achieve specified sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential Engineered System (ENSY) clients.
• Work alongside the ENSY sales manager to promote Wagner Engineered Systems products.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in industrial coatings application, equipment sales, or a comparable blend of education, training, and experience.
• Familiarity with relevant sales channels, including distribution and direct sales.
• Experience demonstrating industrial equipment.
• A track record of proven sales growth.
• Self-motivated and highly driven.
• Understanding of industrial sales processes.
• Knowledge of distribution channel operations.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• A mechanical grasp of coating application equipment is necessary.
• Must reside within the specified territory of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana.
