This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve and surpass the qualitative and quantitative retail objectives within your designated region.
• Strategically enhance existing frameworks and uncover new sales opportunities, always prioritizing growth.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the regional sales team (Territory Sales Managers) — strong leadership is essential for building robust teams.
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate sell-in and sell-out initiatives (POS, promotions, visibility) to optimize HOLY’s shelf presence.
• Support and cultivate regional multi-unit operators, pinpoint expansion opportunities, and actively promote these initiatives.
• Provide operational assistance to the team during vacancies or special requirements — including your own presence in the territory.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Field Force to meet regional objectives and contribute to the strategic advancement of HOLY.
• Several years of sales experience in retail or the FMCG sector, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities — you take pleasure in coaching and developing individuals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a practical approach to everyday operations.
• Proficiency in German and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence (Class B) and a willingness to travel.
• University degree and/or commercial vocational training.
• Experience collaborating with multi-unit operators or navigating more complex sales structures.
