This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
β’ Oversees all activities related to distributors and direct customers within the specified geographical area (sales, equipment investment, service, etc.).
β’ Ensures that all accounts receivable from distributors and direct customers comply with company standards and monitors their performance against established targets.
β’ Leverages geographic knowledge, relationships with key contacts, and business insight tools to access potential new customers and business opportunities.
β’ Drives business growth in accordance with targeted sales and enhanced profitability in the assigned regions by managing the identification and full activation of new potential clients in alignment with Lavazza's commercial policies and activation standards (including POS materials, product assortment, pricing, and equipment).
β’ Assists in farming efforts for selected key clients to augment their value (for instance, ensuring adherence to contractual volumes with clients using Lavazza equipment, facilitating contract renewals as expiration approaches, etc.).
β’ Monitors budgets allocated for account activation, guaranteeing maximum visibility and effectiveness of the POS for the invested activation funds.
β’ Regularly reviews results with the Senior RSM to validate execution and achieved outcomes.
β’ Supports Lavazza Customer Relationship Management Software by consistently updating sales activities and business opportunities on a daily basis.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business or Marketing Management.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Foodservice sales is preferred (experience in coffee is an advantage).
β’ Experience in account and distributor management.
β’ Knowledge of CRM systems is essential (Salesforce preferred).
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to manage relationships with business partners effectively.
β’ Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
β’ Expected travel: up to 80% of the time within the local territory, with occasional overnight trips throughout the year.
