• Building and nurturing relationships with dealers and end customers.
• Boosting sales with both existing and new clients, including wholesalers, buying groups, and end consumers, in alignment with annual revenue objectives.
• Conducting seminars, training sessions, and demonstrations of all Unger products and systems at customer locations.
• Supporting sales efforts through engaging product presentations.
• Organizing, coordinating, and participating in regional and national trade exhibitions.
• Developing sales and revenue forecasts by customer and product for the territory, along with annual sales strategies.
• Negotiating with specialist dealers within pre-approved parameters.
• Providing assistance to finance/accounting as necessary with credit assessments and debt recovery for outstanding receivables.
• Keeping an eye on competing products and market trends.
• Collaborating closely with other members of the sales team.
• A degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous; alternatively, significant professional sales experience is acceptable.
• Preference will be given to sales professionals with industry experience (minimum of 3 years).
• Familiarity with the cleaning/hygiene sector is desirable.
• A proven history of consistently increasing sales.
• Experience in sales management is crucial.
• Proficiency in German.
• English language skills are considered a plus.
