This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.
• Oversee and direct sales operations within the designated region to meet sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and independent sales agents.
• Educate, inspire, and provide continuous support to Independent Sales Representatives to enhance sales performance.
• Deliver product presentations to departments, showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers and sales teams.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to upper management.
• Oversee and assess the performance of Independent Sales Representatives to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and finalizing sales deals with major accounts.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent the organization and cultivate new business relationships.
• Ensure that Independent Sales Representatives have access to the necessary tools, training, and resources for success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management position, preferably involving independent sales representatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as necessary.
