This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop and nurture relationships with federal agency benefits officers and HR professionals to advocate for G.E.H.A offerings.
• Represent G.E.H.A at local agency events, health fairs, and virtual sessions to enhance member engagement and generate leads.
• Work in collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams to align outreach initiatives with regional objectives.
• Identify and participate in high-impact events that promote health and wellness education for federal employees.
• Provide engaging presentations and product overviews customized for federal audiences.
• Monitor engagement metrics, lead conversion rates, and event return on investment (ROI) to guide future strategies.
• Keep updated on trends in federal benefits, agency requirements, and the competitive landscape.
• Act as a regional expert and advocate for G.E.H.A’s mission and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and resource optimization within the sales management framework.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records related to contractor activities, expenses, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to management as required.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements pertaining to field sales, integrating insights and recommendations into program enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; additional years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
• At least 5 years of experience in event coordination, sales management, or similar roles, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including federal employees, vendors, and internal team members.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective manner.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to achieve deadlines and goals.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in all work-related tasks, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant tools for effective communication, collaboration, and data management.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities, business needs, and market dynamics, with a proactive and purposeful approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, training sessions, and events as necessary.
