This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversees the sales, service, and distribution of Commercial Print products and services for the organization across the Midwest States Region.
• Ensure optimal sales volume and profitability for the organization's offerings within designated regions.
• Meet and surpass all revenue, profit, and expense goals set for the Region.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to formulate an annual business plan.
• Employ a consultative selling strategy, showcasing in-depth knowledge of each client's needs and industry.
• Keep precise records of all forecasting, sales, and prospecting activities.
• Recruit new sales representatives through effective recruiting strategies.
• Develop and deliver impactful proposal presentations and responses to RFPs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent amount of experience in roles such as Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or other relevant sales-focused positions.
• A solid understanding of sales and sales management principles, generally evidenced by 4+ years of sales management experience.
• Experience in print or print-related services is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven successful selling skills, including the ability to make cold calls.
• Requires creativity, resourcefulness, and ingenuity.
