This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for the ongoing development and expansion of NIPG sales operations within specified territories.
• Recruit, train, mentor, manage, and oversee sales teams in the assigned region.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives to enhance overall sales growth and market penetration.
• Actively participate as a member of the Nucor Insulated Panel Group (NIPG) leadership team to consistently improve operational outcomes, market competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit the capability to initiate, lead, and maintain safety policies, practices, procedures, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• High School Diploma.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% in a supportive leadership role within the commercial team.
• Knowledge of the commercial construction market and the sales cycle in the industry.
• Recommendation from a Supervisor and/or Manager.
