This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Expand the market presence of HME products in the New York and New Jersey regions while meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in the specified geographical area.
• Conduct cold calls and onsite visits to engage prospects and schedule appointments.
• Manage all leads and clients within a designated territory effectively.
• Keep the CRM software current with relevant information.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the usage and advantages of medical devices.
• Offer product demonstrations and ongoing support.
• Ensure a seamless ordering process across all accounts.
• Maximize account penetration by promoting the entire portfolio of products.
• Facilitate communication among sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and present field sales data to aid in strategic planning and execution.
• Advocate for and support the regional sales strategy.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Train, support, and develop sales representatives on products and services.
• Oversee and manage multiple territories along with the corresponding sales representatives.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, or a related field is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales is necessary.
• Experience in managing direct reports is preferred.
• A strong sales background with a proven track record is essential.
• Direct sales training and experience in the medical device sector is required.
