This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, contract, and cultivate relationships with new customers utilizing textile fiberglass and our duct products.
• Sustain existing relationships with fiberglass and duct accounts to explore opportunities for business growth with Quietflex.
• Report and consult with the VP of Sales and Marketing regarding sales activities.
• Support all initiatives of the marketing and sales departments.
• Provide both new and existing customers with detailed product information, including pricing, delivery, inventory, and backorder status.
• Assist in minimizing shipping expenses through strategic planning and market insights.
• Travel to customer locations to strengthen our market presence.
• Collaborate with operations to enhance customer satisfaction with our products.
• Conduct market research to identify niche segments for our fiberglass offerings.
• Improve marketing materials, including maintaining the website for the fiberglass and duct segments of our business.
• Reach out to customers for follow-ups on orders, service, and delivery.
• Promote additional products for sale.
• Engage in supplementary projects to support ongoing business needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or outside Sales is required.
• A 4-year college degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.
• Ability to travel on short notice is essential.
• Capable of managing difficult customer interactions while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Proven ability to effectively close sales.
• Must possess the ability to assess market conditions and identify trends.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity in the workplace.
