This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a detailed sales strategy for the region that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

• Inspire and guide a team of sales representatives by establishing clear performance goals and offering coaching and support to facilitate their success.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive outstanding service and support.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the semiconductor sector to identify opportunities and potential threats.

• Create precise sales forecasts and budgets for the region, monitoring performance against targets and taking corrective measures as necessary.

• Deliver regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.

• Travel within the region, as well as occasional national and international trips to attend conferences, meet clients, and nurture business relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of successful sales or sales management experience in the semiconductor industry.

• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and technologies.

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

• Must hold a valid state driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and qualify for insurance under the company’s liability coverage.
