This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a detailed regional sales strategy aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Enhance market presence by developing relationships with high-potential prospects and strategic accounts.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with key accounts to promote retention and long-term value.
• Conduct customer meetings, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
• Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline across all phases of the sales cycle.
• Provide precise and timely sales forecasts along with territory performance updates.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to leadership.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to guide strategy.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience managing a specific territory or region.
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and closing deals.
• Capability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
