• Create and implement sales strategies and tactics that address customer security challenges.
• Accountable for precise forecasting and conducting regular deal evaluations.
• Guide account executives in identifying and expanding opportunities.
• Participate in deal assessments and promote accountability within the team.
• Establish and nurture strong executive-level relationships with key Federal accounts.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical sales.
• More than 5 years of management experience in a technical sales organization, including sales representatives and systems engineers.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams in the US Federal market (Civilian, NSO, or DoD).
• Up-to-date knowledge of Federal and Security market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams while ensuring consistent execution and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
• An active security clearance (e.g., TS/SCI with CI Poly) is advantageous but not mandatory.
