This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, support, and motivate a diverse team of geographically distributed Regional Sales Managers.
• Attract exceptional talent, foster growth, and empower your team to excel in both new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Create a business strategy aimed at exceeding sales targets.
• Oversee and sustain the sales ecosystem from lead generation to deal closure.
• Be part of a proven leadership team and significantly contribute to the development of the GTM strategy.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales.
• May occasionally be required to perform tasks beyond your regular working hours.
• At least 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams.
• A demonstrated history of consistent annual overachievement.
• Experience managing sales teams that operate through security channel partners.
• Proficient in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Familiarity with SAAS sales, including cloud solutions, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• Proven track record of successfully selling large deals to major enterprises (Fortune 1000).
• Experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Skilled in developing sales pipelines and opening new accounts.
• Bonus points/Preferred Skills: Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
