This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Supervise the Southeast accounts team with an emphasis on safety, contract language, and pricing uniformity.
• Oversee the successful implementation of strategies for the Solenis IWT NA Region Team.
• Evaluate performance, identify areas for enhancement, and coordinate resources to ensure objectives are achieved or surpassed.
• Meet targets for launching new products.
• Direct the sales and technical teams towards achieving safety and environmental excellence.
• Collaborate closely with HR to evaluate personnel and cultivate key leaders and high performers.
• Continuously identify tactical opportunities alongside the marketing and global leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Science) or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in leadership and/or sales management.
