This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, manage, and cultivate a high-performing, results-oriented sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation.
• Provide dynamic and effective leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently grow each account and drive referrals, move-ins, and new clients to our community and agency customers.
• Train, mentor, and oversee the team in supporting families during discharge by understanding each family's unique needs and collaborating with Senior Living Advisors to direct them to the appropriate providers.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement new initiatives, pilots, or processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM updates) within your territory to enhance team productivity.
• Manage team performance to optimize outcomes.
• Meet and surpass monthly sales targets to achieve company objectives.
• Prepare and present market performance reports to Senior Leadership as required.
• Occasional travel is necessary for Divisional and Company sales meetings.
• Conduct monthly customer experience calls for each team member to ensure customer satisfaction and address any potential service recovery issues.
• The role will require a flexible work schedule between 8 am and 8 pm, including night and weekend call obligations, with approximately 75% of the time spent in-field (regional travel) with your team.
• A minimum of three years of proven experience as an individual contributor in a sales or account management role.
• At least three years of experience successfully leading a sales team to exceed quotas.
• A track record of developing new sales talent into top performers and demonstrated ability to manage experienced sales talent to maximize their performance.
• Capability to address personnel issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive and energetic sales environment within the team.
• Ability to achieve results while working in a highly independent setting.
• Willingness to travel weekly throughout your territory to collaborate with Healthcare Account Executives in the field.
• A collaborative mindset towards working with other departments or business functions, focusing on achieving shared goals.
• Experience in change management and innovation, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment, with a readiness to roll up your sleeves, test new processes or approaches, and get the job done.
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel, with access to a designated home office space that ensures privacy during working hours, as well as a high-speed internet connection.
