This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Lead the development of new business opportunities for PBS Radiology

• Manage the entire top-of-funnel sales process, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and transition

• Cultivate and progress a pipeline consisting of radiology practices, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations

• Generate leads, create opportunities, and secure new clients

• Oversee CRM activities and reporting

• Participate in events and industry-related activities

• Collaborate with and support the team

• Attend conferences, client meetings, and industry events

• Complete regular overnight travel, with travel expectations of up to 50%

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, healthcare business development, or account management, with a proven success record

• Previous experience in healthcare and radiology is essential

• A background in medical billing or revenue cycle management is preferred

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management systems

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive demeanor

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship-building endeavors

• Willingness to travel as required for industry events and meetings

• An advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience in healthcare sales is preferred

• Established connections within the radiology or imaging community are preferred

• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and lead attribution within HubSpot is preferred
