This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Play a vital role in the effective launch and development of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated region.
• Responsible for converting national strategy into regional execution and enhancing business performance.
• Build and guide a high-achieving team of territory managers while cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Ensure alignment with corporate priorities, compliance standards, and the values upheld by Mineralys.
• Oversee a Territory that includes Dallas, TX; Waco, TX; and Tyler, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is required.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a district or regional manager capacity.
• Proven track record in leading specialty sales teams and surpassing performance objectives.
• Prior experience with product launches is necessary; experience in first-launch or startup biotech is highly preferred.
• Background in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and nurture top talent.
• Strong skills in business planning, analytics, and coaching.
• Capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
