This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee all regional launch planning and implementation efforts to guarantee successful market entry and ongoing product adoption.
• Convert national brand strategy into practical regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Guide the team to meet or surpass sales objectives, market share goals, and key performance indicators during launch and thereafter.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine strategy in real-time.
• Promote accountability for performance through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing territory managers throughout the region.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of around 8–12 territory managers.
• Establish and uphold a high level of knowledge regarding disease states, clinical information, and product details.
• Assess the performance of territory managers and provide coaching for skill and career advancement through regular field interactions.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and sustain relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with territory managers on crucial customer engagements, access challenges, and develop account strategies.
• Assist in pull-through efforts with IDNs, organized customers, and priority accounts.
• Ensure all regional activities are conducted in complete adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
• Effectively manage regional budgets and resources.
• Maintain precise forecasting, CRM usage, and reporting discipline.
• Uphold Mineralys’ values of collaboration, integrity, quality, trust, and urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a district/regional manager role.
• Proven track record of leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance targets.
• Prior launch experience is essential; first-launch/startup biotech experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing top talent.
• Strong skills in business planning, analytics, and coaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.
