This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Provide on-site enrollment and educational services related to retirement plans and investments.
• Facilitate virtual enrollment sessions and educational meetings, delivering presentations remotely.
• Offer assistance to both internal and external partners.
• Articulate retirement plan and investment concepts to employees, participants, and plan sponsors.
• Collaborate with intermediaries to organize and conduct both on-site and virtual meetings.
• Showcase websites and mobile applications designed for employees, participants, and plan sponsors.
• Address inquiries regarding plan service features, products, and 401(k) retirement savings programs.
• Support plan sponsors and intermediaries during on-site enrollment meetings.
• Ensure accurate utilization of enrollment and online account management tools.
• Drive positive participant results through educational initiatives and enrollment efforts.
• Monitor client meeting activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee Travel & Expense reporting through TREC/Concur.
• Establish and nurture relationships with plan sponsors and Financial Representatives at John Hancock.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in benefits education, particularly in the pension and/or defined contribution field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• NASD Series 6 and 63 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Life insurance and variable license as required for territory coverage, or the ability to obtain them during training.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is a notable asset but not essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of John Hancock's relationship with intermediary partners.
• Strong grasp of investment and market principles.
• Capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Superior time management and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to convey complex information to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
• Technological proficiency and the capacity to utilize multimedia tools and techniques.
