This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct both on-site and virtual meetings for retirement plan enrollment and education.
• Explain retirement plan and investment concepts to employees, participants, and plan sponsors.
• Facilitate demonstrations for websites and mobile applications.
• Address inquiries regarding plan service features, products, and 401(k) retirement savings options.
• Assist plan sponsors and intermediaries during on-site enrollment sessions.
• Represent John Hancock and ensure the accurate use of enrollment and online account management tools.
• Collaborate with intermediaries and plan sponsors to enhance participant outcomes.
• Provide support to both internal and external partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with plan sponsors and Financial Representatives.
• Document client meeting activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee Travel & Expense reporting through the TREC/Concur system.
• Travel within a designated territory.
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience in benefits education, especially in the pension and/or defined contribution field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong grasp of investment and market principles.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Skill in conveying complex information to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Proficient with technology and capable of utilizing multimedia tools and techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
• NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is a significant advantage but not required.
