This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Motivate and guide PF & QF chapters to enhance membership, support state and national initiatives, and implement local habitat, educational, and outreach programs.
• Assist chapters in planning and executing creative and impactful fundraising events.
• Establish new chapters and revitalize current ones by building strong volunteer leadership teams.
• Keep chapter leaders engaged through consistent and inspiring communication.
• Collaborate with Development staff to nurture relationships with donors and partners.
• Organize and facilitate regional and statewide chapter meetings.
• Work alongside colleagues in various departments to convey a cohesive conservation message to the volunteer community.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, wildlife conservation, education, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in collaborating with volunteers, nonprofit boards, or grassroots initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of QF & PF’s mission and operational model.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects across a wide geographical area.
• Proficient in utilizing technology to assist with daily tasks, resolve chapter issues, and instruct volunteers on systems and processes.
• Strong passion for conservation, the uplands, and the hunting community.
• Willingness to travel frequently within South Dakota.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Required to submit a cover letter, resume, and three references.
