Regional Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a vibrant team.

• Oversee the development and management of the budget.

• Ensure the property achieves KPI goals, including occupancy, collections, compliance, turn-times, asset management, and budget adherence.

• Assess property performance through quarterly audits.

• Guarantee that site teams provide safe, decent, and sanitary housing for all residents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

• High School diploma or equivalent (a college degree is preferred).

• At least five years of experience as a Regional Property Manager.

• Proficient in Onsite or Yardi software.

• Proficient in the English language (reading, speaking, and writing).

• Capability to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Extensive experience in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD Project Based Section 8, HOME Funds, and Bonds.

• Experience with REAC inspections and renovations of resident-occupied projects.
