This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Regional Properties Manager is chiefly accountable for overseeing all aspects and maintenance of the airport advertising programs within the regional portfolio, managing independent contractors who handle the daily service and upkeep of advertising assets.
• Responsible for managing advertising program assets, operations, and independent contractors at each airport.
• Serves as the frontline of operations for our airport contracts, delivering the highest level of service, responsiveness, and communication to airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients.
• Supervises all advertising program inventory within the airport and ensures it is maintained in ‘like new’ condition while complying with the company's operational Standards of Excellence.
• Diagnoses issues and implements a plan of action to repair or replace printed or digital inventory as necessary, ensuring maximum uptime is preserved.
• Oversees CCA digital advertising networks related to the uploaded client content for digital campaigns through the CCA digital content management system.
• Manages and coordinates third-party service/maintenance and tech support contractors for troubleshooting printed and digital network inventory.
• Reviews and monitors Proof of Posting photographs from independent contractors for client campaigns in accordance with the company's POP Policy and Industry standards.
• Collaborates with the Regional Operations Manager to develop and manage the capital investment budget for revenue-generating resources and ongoing operational expenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military service.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Project Management and/or facilities maintenance.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• A 10-year FBI Background check is required for the airport security badging process.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable vehicle is necessary.
• Willingness to travel outside the office up to 50% of the time, which may exceed 50% based on project demands, including domestic or Caribbean travel.
