Regional Properties Manager – Airports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversees the management of advertising program assets, operations, and independent contractors at each airport.

• Serves as the primary operational contact for our airport contract, ensuring exceptional service, promptness, and communication with airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients.

• Supervises all advertising program inventory within the airport, ensuring it remains in 'like new' condition while adhering to the company's Standards of Excellence.

• Identifies issues and implements a plan of action to repair or replace printed or digital inventory as necessary, prioritizing maximum uptime.

• Monitors CCA digital advertising networks concerning the uploaded client content for digital campaigns via the CCA digital content management system.

• Manages and coordinates third-party service/maintenance and tech support contractors for troubleshooting printed and digital network inventory.

• Reviews Proof of Posting photographs submitted by independent contractors for client campaigns in line with company POP Policy and industry standards.

• Works alongside the Regional Operations Manager to develop and oversee the capital investment budget for revenue-generating resources and ongoing operational costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military service.

• Over 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Project Management and/or facilities maintenance.

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

• Must thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
