Regional Properties Manager – Airports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversees the management of advertising program assets, operations, and independent contractors at each airport.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for our airport contract, delivering exceptional service, urgency, and communication to airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients.

• Supervises all advertising program inventory within the airport, ensuring it is maintained in 'like new' condition while complying with the company's operational Standards of Excellence.

• Identifies issues and implements a plan of action to repair or replace printed or digital inventory as necessary, ensuring maximum uptime is preserved.

• Monitors CCA digital advertising networks concerning the uploaded client content for digital campaigns via the CCA digital content management system.

• Coordinates with third-party service and maintenance contractors for troubleshooting printed and digital network inventory.

• Reviews Proof of Posting photographs from independent contractors for client campaigns in line with the company's POP Policy and industry standards.

• Works in collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager to develop and oversee the capital investment budget for revenue-generating resources and ongoing operational expenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education, training, experience, or military service.

• More than 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Project Management and/or facilities maintenance.

• Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Must thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
