This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Collaborate with the regional Sales team to effectively convey product knowledge, positioning, and value in all customer interactions.
• Work alongside Product Marketing to provide localized enablement sessions, playbooks, and resources for deal support that align with the global sales enablement strategy.
• Assist in go-to-market preparation for new product launches and updates, ensuring local alignment with global product narratives.
• Partner with Sales and Product Growth Support leadership to identify and expedite high-impact opportunities.
• Deliver tactical deal support by matching customer needs with product capabilities and value propositions.
• Act as a trusted advisor during deal strategy discussions to help teams navigate objections and enhance monetization outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering when unique partner requests or technical challenges arise.
• Track and report on product adoption, deal velocity, and partner engagement within the region.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and related systems for visibility into pipeline health and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing insights into regional trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to Product Growth Support leadership.
• Serve as a liaison between regional field teams and Product leadership to relay partner feedback and opportunities for product improvement.
• Engage in structured feedback loops to ensure that customer use cases and regional requirements inform roadmap planning.
• Assist in documenting use cases, obstacles, and success stories to refine the global product strategy.
• Team up with Product Marketing to enhance messaging and positioning for regional relevance.
• Adopt and uphold best practices in tools and workflows (Salesforce, Jira, internal dashboards, AI-driven analytics).
• Maintain consistent communication and coordination with counterparts in other regions to foster global alignment.
• Contribute to process enhancements and tool optimization to improve deal efficiency and data visibility.
• Attend global readiness meetings and feedback sessions to share insights and standardize execution.
• Stay updated on local industry trends, competitor activities, and partner sentiment to anticipate shifts in market dynamics.
• Represent Xsolla’s monetization products in discussions with customers and partners, as well as at trade shows or industry events within the region.
• Provide qualitative insights to leadership to inform market-entry decisions, product prioritization, and pricing strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Evangelist, or a similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the PC and mobile gaming industry (development, publishing, or platforms).
• Familiarity with monetization models in the local market, including Subscriptions and LiveOps.
• Awareness of D2C cases: Web Shops, external top-ups, and in-game campaigns.
• Experience interacting with B2B clients and/or video game publishers.
• Strong proficiency in English and Russian is required for collaboration with global teams and international stakeholders.
