This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, articulate, and implement the regional construction/service business strategy in collaboration with Sales and Finance for Allegion Access Technologies, previously known as Stanley Access Technologies.
• Achieve or surpass regional installation/service objectives, including customer completion, utilization rates, incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratios, margin rates, and more.
• Foster an environment that prioritizes exceptional customer service and satisfaction while meeting or exceeding regional targets through thorough follow-up calls to confirm all agreements made during product sales and installations at local sites.
• Build high-performing teams and spearhead regional initiatives to recruit, hire, train, and nurture talent through both monthly and formal performance evaluations. This includes reviewing financial performance and establishing action items to reach the desired outcomes.
• Oversee acquisition integration at a regional level.
• Provide direct leadership to Branch Managers, Installation Coordinators, Service Dispatch Supervisors, and Branch support staff.
• Educate branch personnel on new products and company-wide initiatives to foster and drive growth strategies and competitive action plans.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the sales and marketing strategy through operational efforts aimed at continuous improvement in servicing all channels and verticals.
• Travel - Must be available to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including EXCEL, Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Microsoft D365 is advantageous.
