This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, implement, and enhance coordinated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, search, webinars, events, and nurturing workflows.
• Create targeted campaigns for specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments across various regions, including the UK&I, DACH, France, and more.
• Generate measurable impact on pipeline metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Contributed Pipeline.
• Assist in Account-Based Marketing by designing customized programs for key accounts.
• Oversee campaigns in multilingual settings (primarily English, German, and French), ensuring alignment with regional needs and message consistency.
• Collaborate with local sales teams, serving as the connector between global marketing and sales, ensuring that regional marketing efforts align with the EMEA sales strategy and support established priorities.
• Aid in the planning and execution of field events and regional initiatives.
• Work closely with sales to track performance, refine targeting, and share actionable insights.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes, uncover optimization prospects, and report on performance with clarity and confidence.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in campaign execution, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns that have a measurable effect on funnel and pipeline performance.
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating both digital and in-person events.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks).
• Experience in managing multi-language campaigns (English is mandatory; German and/or French is necessary for regional execution).
• Proficient in building and optimizing email journeys, landing pages, and paid social/search campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset - you inherently ask “what’s effective, why, and how can we scale it?”
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and aligning marketing activities with pipeline priorities.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from planning through to reporting.
