This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Spearhead and enhance our digital strategy across various brands and markets nationwide.
• Create and oversee localized digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO/AI, LSA, Paid Ads, email, social media, and content marketing.
• Supervise the digital presence of local roofing partners, focusing on website performance, UX optimization, and content updates.
• Strategize, implement, and collaborate with agencies on paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract qualified traffic and boost conversions.
• Evaluate campaign performance and offer actionable insights utilizing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI, Acculynx, and other platforms.
• Partner with regional teams to customize campaigns and support initiatives specific to the market.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets and manage relationships with vendors.
• Direct A/B testing and efforts to enhance conversion rates.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a multi-location or national brand setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing paid media, SEO, and content strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
