This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee regional marketing initiatives from the planning phase through execution and review, including strategy formulation, budget oversight, goal establishment, delivery, and performance analysis.
• Implement ABM and regional marketing strategies in close collaboration with Sales and SDR teams, aiding in prioritization and program development.
• Take charge of daily decision-making, proactively manage risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Act as an adept user of essential marketing tools such as Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, while pinpointing areas for process and tool enhancements.
• Create and document AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability in marketing operations, event management, and reporting.
• Discover opportunities for integrating AI and automation within regional marketing programs and participate in crafting collective team processes and best practices.
• Evaluate program performance and convert data into practical insights and recommendations.
• Independently plan and manage projects, establish realistic timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and fulfill commitments.
• Offer guidance and assistance to Associates, contractors, and other team members on collective initiatives.
• Develop expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, and the network of channels, vendors, and partners that drive growth.
• 3-5 years of experience in field or regional marketing, or events, with complete ownership of programs.
• Strong skills in project, time, and stakeholder management, with a consistent focus on detail.
• Independent proficiency in using Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in operationalizing AI in marketing tasks, including reusable prompts, documented procedures, or simple automations.
• Familiarity with open source go-to-market strategies and regional market dynamics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
